Install and configure CritterWatch — the monitoring console for Wolverine, Marten, and Polecat apps. Covers single-node and clustered hosts (Redis SignalR backplane + sharded transport topology), .NET Aspire orchestration, the CritterWatch.Mcp cross-application MCP server, opt-in RBAC, multi-tenant deployments (Phase 3 per-tenant projections), the multi-transport BFF (RabbitMQ + AWS SQS + Azure Service Bus), and the 1.1 embedded console (AddCritterWatchEmbedded / UseCritterWatchEmbedded inside the application's own runtime, and keeping tracked sessions and Bobcat specs working beside it).
