The Critter Stack AI Skills library is distributed under the following proprietary license. The same text ships as the LICENSE file inside the JasperFx.AiSkills package.

Copyright (c) 2026 JasperFx Software LLC ("Licensor"). All rights reserved.

By installing, copying, or using the Critter Stack AI Skills package (the
"Software"), You ("Licensee") agree to these terms.

1. Grant. Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
   license to use the Software for internal business purposes, subject to
   payment of applicable fees.

2. Restrictions. Licensee shall not (a) redistribute, resell, sublicense, or
   publish the Software; (b) remove proprietary notices; (c) use the Software
   to build a competing product or skill package; (d) reverse engineer except
   as permitted by law.

3. Ownership. The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights remain with
   Licensor.

4. Warranty Disclaimer. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF
   ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

5. Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT,
   INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT
   EXCEED FEES PAID BY LICENSEE IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS.

6. Termination. This License terminates automatically on breach. On termination
   Licensee shall cease all use and destroy all copies. Sections 3-5 and 7
   survive.

7. Governing Law. Texas law governs, without regard to conflict-of-laws
   principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute is [COURT - e.g., the state or
   federal courts of Travis County, Texas]. Notices to Licensor: [NOTICE
