Keeping an event store from growing without limit — ArchiveStream and the Archived event, IsArchived/MaybeArchived query semantics, hot/cold table partitioning — why archiving alone shrinks nothing and UseArchivedStreamPartitioning is the half that does, plus the stream-identity guarantee it silently weakens, and stream compaction with CompactStreamAsync, Compacted<T> and IEventsArchiver.
